Booking conditions

The generally valid Austrian terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH2006) apply:

• § 5.5. The accommodation contract may be terminated by the contracting party by means of a unilateral declaration by no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without payment of a cancellation fee.
• § 5.6. Outside the period specified in § 5.5., cancellation by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
  up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price;
  up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the total package price;
  in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price.

Sunday – a day for rest and enjoyment

Our restaurant will be closed after breakfast on Sundays so that we and our team can recharge our batteries. The reception is available as usual and the fridge in the lobby has drinks ready for you – from lemonades to Thalheimer Heilwasser.

Breakfast time: 7:30-10:00 am.
